The claim that 90% of Nigerian women, including married women and single mothers, enjoy hooking up has sparked debate on social media.

The lady, who goes by the handle @theonlykemi on Twitter, made this submission in a tweet shared on Sunday, May 8, while claiming that majority of these women are doing white-collar jobs.

She added that if nothing is done to combat the problem, hookup will be the highest paying job for women in Nigeria in the next few years.

“90% of Nigerian ladies including married women and single mothers are into hook up, and 85% of them are working class. In the next 5 years hook up will be the highest-paid job for females. Something needs to be done. Why do hookups? Who started this? How did we get here,” she tweeted.
