The anchor of the interview brought up the search result and questioned Burna Boy about its accuracy, forcing the musician to bust out laughing.
Burna Boy expressed his thoughts on the subject after regaining his composure.
“I’d prefer them to think of my worth that way,” Burna Boy said, hinting that the claimed sum wasn’t fully accurate.
“Their result is way off,” he added, leaving fans and interviewers concerned about the true magnitude of his wealth.
Despite his statements, Burna Boy did not explain whether the reported net worth was excessively high or excessively low.
