Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has reflected on the end of the Premier League title fight on today, Saturday.

The Gunners’ 1-0 defeat at Nottingham Forest confirmed Manchester City’s title as champions ahead of Sunday’s clash with Chelsea. Arteta admitted that “the last few weeks have been tough” due to their breakup.

“We’ve changed a lot at this club, we’ve made a lot of progress, but on top of that we failed to win the league,” he said. “It’s been a tough day and it will be tomorrow, but we have to give the fans what they deserve next week,” Arteta told BBC MOTD.
