Burna Boy, also known as Damini Ogulu, a Nigerian artist, recently turned down a $5 million offer to perform in Dubai. He declined the opportunity because smoking marijuana is illegal in the UAE, and Emirati law restricts smoking in public areas like parks and beaches.

In a video circulating on social media, Burna Boy mentioned, “I just turned down a 5 million dollar offer to perform in Dubai, but that’s not a big deal for me because I don’t want to go to a place where I can’t smoke weed.”

During his freestyle session with his band, Outsiders, he not only revealed this decision but also took a subtle jab at Brymo. Burna Boy performed a live rendition of what seems to be a freestyle or a new song, encouraging others to work hard and avoid ending up like Brymo.
