Ace Michael Collins Ajereh, widely known as Don Jazzy, a Nigerian music mogul, has stated that the swiftly rising rapper OdumoduBlvck has a distinct musical style with a dash of retro vibes.
In a recent interview, Mavin CEO acknowledged his enthusiasm for the up-and-coming artist’s rapping, claiming it is reminiscent of Nigeria’s old-school hip-hop craze.
Don Jazzy had to sing an unreleased OdumoduBivck song word for word to demonstrate how well-written the 29-year-old rapper’s lyrics are.
He stated,

“I love him [OdumoduBlvck], this is just beautiful. It reminds me of Nigerian hip hop music before our
time.
It gives me that old school vibes, and then fusing the urban style into it makes it cool and dope.
It makes it more authentic as it is a native style.
Hike him, I like him a lot”.
In other developments, Patrick Doyle has weighed in on Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy’s controversial claim that Afrobeats music lacks depth.
Patrick Doyle remarked on his Facebook page that Burna Boy has done nothing that can be remotely described as great.
Doyle claimed that the exploits that appear to be extolling Burna Boy should be properly given to great vocalists like Fela, Sunny Ade, Majek Fasek, and others who paved the way for Burna Boy and others to stroll through smoothly.
