Joseph Akinwale Akinfenwa-Donus, better known as Joeboy, a popular Afrobeat singer, has revealed that he has spent more than N50 million Naira on his girlfriend.
In an interview with Pulse, the musician stated that this is the total amount he has spent during their two-year relationship.
When asked about his lover-boy image and whether he likes to spoil his babe, Joeboy admitted that he takes his woman out and doesn’t hesitate to spoil her.
“You’re correct. I enjoy spoiling my lady. “As for the money I spent on her, let us say it was more than 50 million Naira,” he said.
He also revealed that he has been in a relationship for the past two years since leaving the streets and that his partner is the woman he has been posting about on social media.
He also stated that, while fans are curious about her identity, he intends to keep it a secret so that fans can continue to speculate about who she is.
“Her identity will continue to remain unknown. Everyone can continue to wonder who she is,” he revealed.
The “baby” singer said that he has a right to have a girlfriend and that he expects his female followers to comprehend this when asked how he anticipates their reactions to the news of his two-year relationship.
