Jose Mourinho’s Shocking Next Club After Roma Announced
Roma manager Jose Mourinho announces next club.
According to La Repubblica, Paris Saint-Germain are moving forward with an effort to appoint Mourinho as the club’s next manager for the 2023-2024 season. PSG are said to be sacking current manager Christophe Galtier this summer for not being impressed with the club’s performance. Galtier’s contract with PSG lasts until 2024, but he is not expected to finalize his contract at the Parc des Princes as the French Ligue 1 champions are currently eyeing Mourinho as their next manager.
Mourinho led Roma to their first European trophy since 1961 by winning the European Conference League last season. The report added that relations between Roma and Mourinho were not comfortable.
The Portuguese manager was reportedly annoyed that the two sides had yet to get together to discuss the future. Mourinho, whose current contract with Roma expires at the end of next season, has maintained a good relationship with PSG sporting director Luis Campos after working together at Real Madrid.
