Renowned Nollywood actress, Nechi Blessing, strongly criticized a content creator who accused her of endorsing a skincare product that lacks NAFDAC registration. The content creator in question, known as VeryDarkMan, responded on social media after an Instagram user criticized the actress for promoting a specific skincare brand.
On the post where she endorsed the skincare product, the Instagram user cautioned Nkechi about VeryDarkMan, who had recently raised concerns about a similar unregistered brand. This comment infuriated Nkechi, leading her to rebuke both the Instagram user and VeryDarkMan.

VeryDarkMan disclosed that the Instagram user shared screenshots of the actress’ remarks with him, prompting him to launch an inquiry into the product she had promoted. His investigation uncovered allegations that the brand had not obtained registration from the National Food and Drug Administration Control (NAFDAC), despite producing skincare items for children as well.
Following this disclosure, Nkechi Blessing took to her Instagram page to express her strong disapproval of VeryDarkMan’s involvement and cautioned him against interfering in her matters. She disputed the claims regarding the skincare products not having NAFDAC approval and presented a NAFDAC registration number found on one of the brand’s products.
