Earlier, Davido faced backlash online for liking a tweet that shaded Phyna. In the tweet, a user questioned why people stan certain celebrities, mentioning Phyna as one she couldn’t understand why people support.
Phyna responded to Davido’s involvement in the negative comment and expressed her surprise, saying, “Wetin I do @davido na wah oh, the hate is real… Congratulations on your twins sha.”
In response, Davido apologized to Phyna, claiming his actions were a mistake and asserting that he didn’t know her.
Tacha took to Twitter to show her support for Phyna, affirming that Phyna is known by many, including herself.
“I know you, Phyna. We’re plenty who know you.”
Several other Big Brother Naija stars, such as Kess and Christy O, have also expressed their support for Phyna.
