Abraham Ereme, the well-known skit-maker and comedian who goes by the name Twyse, has shared the story of how Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham, despite persuading him not to give up in 2016, later ignored him. Twyse discussed the backstory during a recent interview, explaining that in 2016, he had posted some distressing tweets about contemplating self-harm, which deeply concerned his fans.

In retrospect, he revealed that he was going through a tough time and chose to express his feelings online. Fortunately, some compassionate individuals, including a preacher and notable figures like Falz and Toyin Abraham, along with his followers, reached out to him. They offered support and guidance, helping him navigate that challenging period.

After emerging from his period of depression, Toyin Abraham, who had openly wept and implored him not to take any drastic actions, later chose not to respond to his messages. Twyse asserted his uncertainty about her decision to ignore him, emphasizing that he doesn’t believe her previous display of concern was merely for online appearances.

In response to his allegations, Toyin Abraham’s management shared screenshots of their conversations as evidence, demonstrating that the actress had indeed reached out to the skit-maker, and they maintained communication until 2021.
