Nigerian comedian and actress, Anita Asuoha, popularly known as Warri Pikin, shared her heartwarming journey of motherhood, reflecting on why she initially hesitated to have a girl child.

In honor of International Day of the Girl Child, Warri Pikin opened up on Instagram, revealing that she once begged God not to bless her with a daughter. She believed that raising a girl would be too challenging and complicated.

She explained that her childhood experiences left a profound impact on her, making her worried about having girls. Despite her reservations, God granted her two beautiful daughters, which filled her with immense pride.

Warri Pikin expressed her gratitude and prayed for the strength and grace to be a loving and supportive mother to her daughters.

Her heartfelt post garnered responses from fans who shared similar stories of unexpected blessings, reinforcing the power of love and the unique bond between mothers and daughters.

A few weeks ago, Warri Pikin courageously shared her weight loss transformation journey in an emotional video on her YouTube channel. She revealed that the decision to undergo surgery was not easy and was rooted in health concerns. Her husband’s concerns and support played a huge role in her choice.

Despite facing criticism for her surgical treatment, Warri Pikin explained that her decision was based on health issues, including breathlessness and joint pain. She stood strong against her critics, stressing that she had not changed but was now happier and healthier, a decision she made for her well-being.

Warri Pikin’s honest sharing of her life experiences, both as a mother and on her weight loss journey, has resonated with many, highlighting the importance of self-love and empowerment.

Through her openness and courage, Warri Pikin continues to inspire and connect with her audience, delivering messages of love, acceptance, and resilience.
